Outstanding: together with chef Rafael, hotelier Lukas Gerstl carefully selects the best suppliers from within a radius of 30 kilometres. The cooperation with regional producers supports farmers and agriculture in the valley and protects the environment through short transport routes. Once a week the hotel hosts the r30 day, on which only food from this area is used: the apple juice comes from Vinschgau, the seasonal vegetables from the local farmer and the meat from the regional butcher.
